Thanksgiving Canned Food Drive

It’s that time of year again where families come together over a home cooked meal to celebrate the holidays. There are families within our community that are less fortunate or have fallen on hard times, which means we are here to help! We are kindly asking patients and friends to bring in some non-perishable and/or canned goods . Most of us have at least one thing in our cabinets that we may be able to spare.

As we have done in the previous years our team members will be pooling money to purchase turkeys to go along with the canned goods. Last year our small team of 8 was able to provide 20 turkeys to families that were in need! We are hoping to help even more this year.

Please help us as we try our very best to help families within our community this upcoming Thanksgiving Season!

Oil pulling is a type of Ayurvedic medicine (a traditional Indian system) that dates back 3,000 years involving the swishing of oil around the mouth for 15-20 minutes. This was a way to cleanse the mouth back before modern dentistry had been developed. Now, we can get the same benefits from simply swishing any mouthwash containing fluoride for 30 seconds and go on with the rest of our day.
